Curious about how to use ChatGPT effectively? Join us for a 90-minute interactive session in LIB 282. This workshop will introduce you to the basics of ChatGPT, including how to get started, explore key features, and use it responsibly and efficiently for learning, research, and creativity.
The session includes a live demonstration, guided feature overview, and a hands-on component where you’ll have the opportunity to experiment and ask questions.

CREATE @ SF State: How to Get Started in Undergraduate Research

Join CREATE members and SF State undergraduate student researchers for an interactive workshop to learn all about student research. CREATE members will lead small discussion groups covering different facets of their own experiences with research and what other resources exist for SFSU students, from getting started as a student researcher, overcoming impostor syndrome, finding faculty support and funding, as well as upcoming Summer research fellowship and internship opportunities. Lunch will be provided.

 

CREATE @ SF State works with students across all fields from the creative arts to business analytics and science research. It is never too early or too late to start getting involved with research, scholarship, and creative activities at San Francisco State University.

Discover the world of immersive 360° video by exploring examples of both professional and student projects. Get hands-on experience with 360° video cameras and learn how to view immersive footage using virtual reality (VR) headsets. 

You’ll also learn how to check out and use the 360° video cameras available from the Digital Media Studio & MakerSpace, giving you access to the tools you need to start creating your own VR content!
