Inspector Dave Toschi on the first Zodiac letter in over 4 years

KPIX News footage from April 26, 1978 with reporter Ed Arnow featuring scenes from an interview with SFPD's Inspector Dave Toschi - head of their Zodiac Killer investigation - who speculates on the timing of the first Zodiac letter received in over 4 years, mailed from San Franaisco to the Chronicle newspaper. Toschi states that he and other law enforcement officers will review all of their ongoing cases in light of this new letter and speculates that Zodiac might have been overseas or in jail. He also shares a few details from the letter, in which he is apparently singled out personally.
