KPIX News footage from December 27th 1969 featuring brief scenes of Ben Williams interviewing SFPD's Inspector Dave Toschi about a letter received on December 23rd by the law offices of Melvin Belli, which the police are confirming was written by a serial killer known as Zodiac.
