Description
KPIX-TV news footage from May 29, 1974 featuring brief scenes of a press conference by Clinton W. White, who is chief defense attorney for the suspects being charged in the Zebra murders. This series of murders, which took place in San Francisco during 1973/4, came to be known as the Zebra murders after the special police radio band assigned to the investigation. Clinton explains that now the Grand Jury transcripts have been released, his team can review them and submit a motion to dismiss the indictment: "In which case there'd be no trial."
