KPIX-TV news footage from May 1, 1974 featuring scenes from press conferences by San Francisco's Mayor Joseph Alioto and California's Attorney General Evelle J. Younger, who discuss how wide reaching the Zebra murders case may be. Alioto talks about what he refers to as the "Death Angels" organization and Younger states: We have ... no evidence to indicate that those responsible for the Zebra killings in San Francisco committed murders outside the Bay Area." Also includes street views and external close up shots of a "Black Self-Help" store front. Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.
