Description
KPIX-TV news footage from June 24 1975 with reporter Ed Arnow featuring scenes of street artists selling their wares in downtown San Francisco, off Union Square. Also includes an explanation from Arnow about vendor restrictions which apply to everyone now and a brief interview with a West African student, who was arrested outside Macys for allegedly violating these new laws.
