A visit to Nomad Cyclery in the Outer Sunset neighborhood (1971)

KRON-TV news footage from July 7, 1971 with reporter Myra Scott featuring a visit to Nomad Cyclery at 2301 Irving Street in San Francisco's Outer Sunset neighborhood, with views of customers looking at merchandise and of staff repairing bikes. Also includes an interview with a man - possibly the owner, who might be called Gordon (or "Gayno") - who explains why it's so hard to find and purchase a bike at the moment. This 16mm reversal film print was re-transferred in 4K (4096 x 2970) using a Lasergraphics ScanStation film scanner, in April 2023.
