Description
KPIX news footage from February 14th 1978 with Ed Arnow at San Francisco's City Hall, featuring scenes of couples getting married at the Marriage License Bureau on Valentine's Day. Arnow tells us that today's issuing of 45 marriage licenses broke all previous records in the city and according to marriage clerk Marie Murphy, one 32 year old man got married for the 8th time today and 5 of his previous marriages were also on Valentines Day.
