Chow provides a voice-over summary of recent developments in the street artists attempts to secure "peddling permits" in the city following the current moratorium declared by Mayor Alioto. They've made an arrangement with the Angel Island State Park rangers to make pitches in Victoria Park, hoping this will serve as a positive blueprint for any future agreements with the city.
