Scenes of students picketing along 19th Avenue at SF State College followed by views of President S.I. Hayakawa touring office buildings with police and news teams. The amplified voice of a protester can be heard in the background providing a running commentary as the camera moves around campus: "Of course the pigs are already on campus. They're hiding in some cellar. I don't know. You know where they are. There's always some kinda roaches in the woodwork."
