Description
An episode of KPIX-TV's Ron Magers Electric Impressions - Nostalgia ... ain't what it used to be, which first aired on February 12, 1972. Includes scenes featuring: a live performance by Bo Diddley of 'Bo Diddley'; Superman comic strips; part of a comedy set by Lenny Bruce; the movie musical number 'Marahuana' from the 1934 film Murder at the Vanities, sung by Gertrude Michael and an extract from the number The Lady in the Tutti Frutti Hat with Carmen Miranda, from Busby Berkeley's The Gang's All Here. This program was produced and directed by David N. Caldwell.
