Report on crime in California prisons

KPIX-TV news footage from May 9 1978 with reporter Ed Arnow featuring brief scenes from a press conference about the report on organized crime in California prisons recently released by State Attorney General Evelle Younger. One woman states: "We have some serious questions about the value of imprisonment as a means of controlling crime.
