KPIX-TV Eyewitness News footage from April 26th 1974 featuring scenes from a press conference in San Francisco by Police Chief Donald Scott, who puts the efforts of his department to catch the Zebra killers in the context of a recent court ruling on the legality of SFPD's practice of stopping and questioning young African American men.
