Nurses and hospitals fail to reach agreement

KPIX-TV news footage from June 11, 1969 with reporter Belva Davis featuring scenes from St. Francisco Memorial Hospital in San Francisco, where negotiations between the California Nurses Association and an "associated group" of 9 Bay Area hospitals have stalled. Includes a press conference by the nurses, in which a spokesperson (possibly Jeanne Lutz) explains why professional performance committees are so important to them and by attorney Laurence Corbett, who represents the associated group of hospitals.
