Description
KRON-TV news footage from December 14th 1965 featuring scenes from a public meeting at Marin County Civic Center in San Rafael for residents of Marin City. One man discusses community relations issues with the Sheriff's department and also talks about the need for officers to be trained in working with minorities. The Rev. Samuel Banks, Jr. of Village Baptist Church is also interviewed and talks about how Marin City residents are concerned about the notable lack of recreation and employment in their community.
