Lt. Charles Ellis on the most recent Zodiac letters

KPIX-TV news footage from July 10 1974 featuring scenes from an interview with SFPD's Lieutenant Charles Ellis, who talks about the authenticity of three letters purportedly written by the Zodiac killer post marked January 29, February 14 and May 8 1974, the most recent of which was signed as "the Red Phantom."
