La Posada families relocated

KPIX-TV news footage June 16 1972 with reporter Pat O'Brien featuring scenes from a former Japanese American Internment camp 10 miles south east of Salinas in Monterey County, which was used last year to accomodate Braceros workers and is now housing 40 families from the La Posada farm labor camp. Includes interviews, voice over sequences from O'Brien and brief views of La Posada families camping on the street. Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.

Note: this 16mm film print was transferred in 4K (4096 x 2970) using a Lasergraphics ScanStation film scanner, in October 2021. Film shrinkage was measured in Oct. 2021 at 0.3%.
