KTVU News footage from November 7th 1967 at Merritt College in Oakland with reporter Carlton Cordell featuring a demonstration in support of Ronald Lockman an Army private who is refusing to fight in the Vietnam War and is facing trial by Court-Martial at the San Francisco Presidio. Includes interviews with Lockman's attorney Terence Hallinan and his mother Mrs. Vivian Williams. Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.
