KTVU News fotoage from c1965/6 featuring scenes from a public address by Ronald Reagan who talks about his intention to run for political office and speaks out strongly against Reapportionment. At one point in reply to a question about whether he's set a deadline to declare his candidacy he jokes that: "I've never been in this spot before so I don't know how long it takes ... I'll maybe just go when the smog lifts in Los Angeles!"
