Description
KTVU News footage from 1965/6 featuring a press conference with Stokely Carmichael (aka Kwame Ture) of the Student Non-Violent Coordinating Committee (SNCC). He discusses the responsibilities of white workers to organize themselves and also reflects on the Watts social uprising in Los Angeles (August 1965).
