African American Frustration at Merritt College

KTVU News footage from c1968 in Oakland featuring brief scenes from an interview at Merritt College with "Mr Andrews" who points out that 35% of campus students are African American. He goes on to state that: "I would say the frustration felt by black people on this campus is a personification of the frustration in the nation as a whole." Ends with silent views of the campus.
