Reggie Jackson on baseball pitching and batting averages

KTVU News footage from July 16th 1968 featuring brief scenes from an interview with baseball player Reggie Jackson of the Oakland A's who is asked whether he thinks the quality of pitching is better in the American League or the National League. The reporter also asks him to comment on the low batting average in the American League speculating that: "You fellas are swinging for the fence because that's where the paycheck is."
