Marincello Mall: Design Presentation

KRON News footage from March 20th 1967 featuring current plans for the building of "Marincello New Town" on the Marin Headlands in Marin County (California). A spokesman shows reporter Art Brown designs for the planned community which is expected to be built in the next 10-15 years. It should be noted that the Marincello Property in question was actually purchased in December 1972 by the Nature Conservancy group.
