KQED News report from a press conference with Ivy Westbrook on August 6th 1975 in which she asserts that systemic racial segregation in San Francisco schools is being maintained through a process of re-organization. She also points out that: "We in San Francisco who fought very hard for desegregation throughout the system need blacks placed in decision making positions thoughout each district."
