Focussing on the concerns of lawmakers from Northern California that re-apportionment will disenfranchise their constituents this program features interviews with: Senator George Miller; Assemblyman Willie Brown; Senator Virgil O'Sullivan; Jesse M Unruh; Senator Stephen Teale; Senator Thomas M. Rees and Senator Hugh Burns. Opens with an address by Governor Pat Brown to the California State Legislature.
