Sylvester Brown on Hunters Point clean-up for Festival

Also includes an interview with Sylvester Brown who advises this work is in preparation for the Hunters Point Young Men for Action's 2nd annual community festival. He also explains that it's necesary for them to undertake this work themselves because the local housing authority claims that transients are preventing them from providing such basic services for the neighborhood.
