Description
KPIX Eyewitness news report from April 22nd 1968 featuring Black Panther Party lawyer Charles Garry who states he does not want the case against his clients to go to the Grand Jury because he claims as was evidenced by the Huey P. Newton trial a Grand Jury is is a "hand-picked group. It is not composed of a cross-section of the community."
