Description
KPIX-TV special Eyewitness News report from January 15th 1968 by Jim Harwood which features how North Beach's topless dancing bars are experiencing a decline in business. Includes silent views of entertainers and patrons enjoying themselves (and dancing) in the Peppermint Tree Club.
