Interview with Dr. Cadet Hand

KPIX feature report from 1966 by Jim Anderson from Bodega Bay featuring an interview with Dr. Cadet Hand (1920-2006) director of the recently opened Bodega Marine Laboratory. Dr. Hand emphasises how the West Coast's waters produce a highly oxygenated habitat for flora and fauna and goes on to discuss barnacles sea anemones and a mussel ban (due to toxic plankton). Ends with silent views of Dr. Hand beachcombing along the inlets of Bodega Bay.
