KPIX Eyewitness news footage from May 19th 1978 featuring Huey P. Newton's arrival at a bail hearing at the Alameda County Courthouse. Newton faces the possibility of having his bail revoked and being returned to jail after an altercation in Santa Cruz on May 11th 1978 which resulted in Newton being charged with attempted murder and gun possession.
