Description
KPIX Eyewitness news report from May 19th 1978 featuring Ben Williams reporting on Huey P. Newton's appearance at a bail hearing at the Alameda County Courthouse. Williams reports that Newton faces the possibility of having his bail revoked and being returned to jail after an altercation in Santa Cruz on May 11th 1978 which resulted in Newton being charged with attempted murder and gun possession.
