KPIX Eyewitness News report from April 24th 1973 featuring Ed Arnow interviewing hitchhikers by the side of the road on what they think about an official I.D. system for hitchhiking. One young man seems bemused and after pausing for several seconds replies: "I don't have to worry about stuff like that. The Lord does it for me."
