KPIX Eyewitness News report from December 3rd 1971 featuring a press conference by Chicano activist Reies Lopez Tijerina who states that Chicanos need to stand up for their land rights as a matter of priority against "land robbery" "property injustice" and in accordance with the Treaty of Guadaloupe Hidalgo (1848). He also refers to legal papers which relate to his recent imprisonment.
