KPIX Eyewitness News report from November 10th 1971 featuring a press conference by Dr Arthur Coleman in which he comments on Mayor Joseph Alioto making an issue out of what Coleman's proposed salary will be if he becomes the medical director of Bayview Hunters Point's new health program. Coleman expresses his belief that it should be the community which decides such matters. Please note: the KPIX news camera was slightly out of focus when filming Dr Coleman.
