KPIX Eyewitness news report from May 14th 1973 by Pat O'Brian in Santa Cruz featuring a press conference by Mr Comacho who is announcing his resignation - effective immediately - from local draft board 59 (Santa Cruz County). This is described as an "act of conscience" in protest against U.S. involvment in the Vietnam War. He goes on to explain that he originally joined the board to represent "minority Americans" and felt he was unable to do that.
