Cahill Press Conference on phone privileges

KPIX Eyewitness News report from October 16th 1969 by Pat O'Brien featuring a press conference in San Francisco by Police Chief Thomas Cahill in which he describes the new in-house telephone service for prisoners at the Hall of Justice. Also includes views of the telephone being installed and shown to reporters. Cahill is reported to claim that this phone system is the first of its kind in the USA.
