Kathleen Cleaver & Carlos Aponte at Mexican Consulate

KTVU News footage from October 4th 1968 featuring a report by Andrea Boggs from outside the Mexican Consulate in San Francisco, covering a press conference with Kathleen Cleaver and Carlos Aponte. Aponte demands that: "The Mexican government free itself from the American economic and political domination, that causes it to murder and oppress its own people." Cleaver ends by declaring: "We raise our guns high and say victory or death!"
