Approx. 2 minutes of film featuring views of SF State University campus and a memorial service for Jenny Low Chang. Also an interview with a university spokesman, who talks about security issues on campus. This is following the murder of student Jenny Low Chang, whose body was found on the 4th floor of the J. Paul Leonard Library on Monday 12th September, in a locked Faculty Reading Room.
