Description
KRON-TV news footage from 8/30/1966 featuring brief scenes of performance artist Virginia Kaye and her attorney outside a San Francisco courtroom. Kaye was arrested on August 26 after presenting San Francisco's first officially recognized fully nude performance act at the Roaring Twenties club (on a swing). Kaye's attorney states they are trying to establish whether this nude show was: "In any sense a lewd performance."
