Press conference with Gloria Corona and Richard Hawk

KPIX-TV news footage from January 20, 1973 featuring scenes from a press conference held 2 days after a jury found 38-year old labor contractor Juan Corona guilty of first-degree murder on all 25 counts charged, after a 4-month trial. Includes views of Corona's wife Gloria Corona speaking through an interpreter and of his defense attorney Richard Hawk, who claims that one of the jurors - Naomi Underwood - was influenced in her decision by a police matron.
