KPIX-TV news footage from June 24 1967 featuring brief, silent views of the first annual San Francisco Synanon street fair and street scene, at the Lombard and Sansome Street intersection. Note that according to the June 25, 1967 edition of the San Francisco Chronicle newspaper (on p.13), the Velvet Underground played at this event. Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.

This 16mm reversal film print was transferred in 4K (4096 x 2970) using a Lasergraphics ScanStation film scanner, in December 2022.
