Description
KPIX-TV news footage from January 30, 1975 with reporter Eric Smith featuring scenes from an interview with a representative of the Teamsters (referred to as "Jack"), who describes a recent incident during which police were called after an agent of theirs was challenged at a plant. He also explains that after an agreement was reached on November 9, 1973 to settle the labor dispute with Coors in San Francisco (it's ongoing in Alameda County), the terms of that agreement have not been kept by the distributor. Also includes views of Teamsters Local 888 leader Allan Baird speaking with a driver and conferring with Jack. Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.
