Description
KPIX-TV news footage from November 17, 1978 featuring brief exterior views of the Condor Club in San Francisco's North Beach neighborhood, which sustained smoke and water damage yesterday after a five-alarm fire swept through the residential Hotel Dante above it, at Broadway and Columbus. Inspite of this, a man interviewed inside the club (while repairing a light fixture) states that the club will be open tonight and Carol Doda will perform. Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.
