She is a member of and sponsored by The Committee." In response to Brown's question: "Why do you want to be Miss Universe?" Ish says: "I feel I can lead the whole world towards peace ... I feel that I can fill the beauty gap that exists in the world today and take the title away from all those foreign girls who've held it in the past." She goes onto emphasize her belief that everyone in the universe wants peace, claims she's a "good girl" and also likes to cook: "Cookies ... fudge and I'm a whizz at hamburger meat loaf!"
