Description
A 1983 documentary film produced by Coastwalk and directed by David Ludwig featuring an 8-day journey by over 100 people in September 1983, who walk the entire length of Sonoma County's coastline from Gualala to Bodega Head. This was organized by environmentalists to help raise public awareness about coastal public access, off-shore drilling, and plans for a statewide coastal trail. Includes views of the Sonoma County coastline and interviews with: Bill Kortum; Tom McFarling; Steve Moore; Phyllis Ellman; Joel Hedgepeth; Len Swensen; Richard Charter and Douglas Bosco. Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.
