Description
KPIX-TV news footage from August 17 1973 with reporter Ed Arnow featuring views from the Chinatown alley in San Francisco where William Ho - who were are told associated with "street gangs" - was ambushed at 2:30am and shot to death. Also includes scenes from an interview with Lieutenant Charles Ellis of SFPD Homicide, who states: "I feel the department has done just about all it can do" but he admits this doesn't seem to have much impact on the murders of Chinese American youths in Chinatown.
