African American Frustration at Merritt College

KTVU News footage from c1968 in Oakland featuring brief scenes from an interview at Merritt College with Vice President of the Associated Students Rudy Andrews, who points out that 35% of campus students are African American. He goes on to state that: "I would say the frustration felt by black people on this campus is a personification of the frustration in the nation as a whole." Ends with silent views of the campus.
