Room Reservations for Library Building
During fall and spring semesters, there are eighteen Study Rooms that students can reserve to study individually or in groups in the Ground floor Study Commons (twelve rooms) and first floor Research Commons (six rooms). Faculty can reserve the six rooms in the Research Commons to teach online or to use for office hours or advising, as outlined below. During Winter Session, Summer Session and Intersession periods, either the Research Commons or the Study Commons are typically closed with Study Rooms available only in the area that is open.
Faculty Teaching or Office Hours in Study Rooms in 1st floor Research Commons
Faculty members can request single or multiple reservations to use one of the Study Rooms in the 1st floor Research Commons (LIB 124E, F, G, H, J, K) as a teaching space or for office hours with students up to six months in advance. If there is more than one person in a Study Room, masks/face coverings are required.
Faculty and Staff Reservations for 1st floor Events Room LIB 121 or 2nd floor Teaching and Learning Commons LIB 286
Faculty and staff can reserve the 1st floor Events Room and 2nd floor Teaching and Learning Commons up to six months in advance up to two times/month. Click here for more details on Library Teaching and Learning Commons
Student Study Rooms (individual or group occupancy):
Students can make one three-hour reservation per day up to three days in advance to use one of the Study Rooms in the 1st floor Research Commons (LIB 124E, F, G, H, J, K) as an individual or group study space. If there is more than one person in a Study Room, masks/face coverings are required.

To reserve a Faculty Teaching Room in the Research Commons, a 2nd floor computer-equipped instruction room, the Events Room or the Teaching and Learning Commons: Email firstname.lastname@example.org

Click Browse Events or Browse Locations.
Click on Daily, Weekly or Monthly List to view reservations.
