LibRooms Room reservations for the J. Paul Leonard Library Building

Some rooms in the Library are not available to reserve during the fall semester 2021. Reservations are available Mon.-Thurs. 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m., Fri. 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. for the following rooms.

Faculty Teaching Room (individual occupancy)

Faculty members can request single or multiple reservations to use one of the Faculty Teaching Rooms in the 1st floor Research Commons (LIB 124E, F, G, H, J, K) as an individual occupancy teaching space up to six months in advance.
 
Student Study Room (individual or group occupancy) or Team Collaboration Space:
Students can make one two-hour reservation per day up to three days in advance to use one of the Study Rooms in the Ground floor Study Commons (LIB 40A, B, C, D, E, F, G. H, J, K, L, M) as an individual or group study space and the two 2nd floor Team Collaboration Spaces.
 
Rooms 221 and 222: SF State faculty or staff can request reservations in rooms 221 and 222 up to six months in advance through the Center for Equity and Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CEETL).

To reserve an Faculty Teaching Room: Email librooms@sfsu.edu
To reserve a Student Study Room or Team Collaboration space, use the room reservation system online: reserve a student study room 
To reserve 221 or 222, submit an online request: reserve a CEETL meeting room (LIB 221 or 222)
 

Check Availability / Look for Event 

To check the availability of Faculty Teaching Rooms, Student Study Rooms, Team Collaboration spaces, 221 and 222, click Browse Events or Browse Locations. Click on Daily, Weekly or Monthly List to view reservations.
