Description
KTVU news footage from c1965 featuring scenes from a press conference with attorney Melvin Belli in San Francisco, who defends the rights of topless club entertainment on Broadway. Belli compares them favorably with his experience of "striptease places" in Dallas, TX, which he refers to as being: "Indecent, they're pornographic." Opens with silent views of a topless dancer leaving The Cellar club and of Yvonne D'Angers walking around in a nightclub wearing a white smock. Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.
