Description
KPIX Eyewitness news report from June 19th 1969 featuring David Hilliard Bobby Seale and Black Panther Party lawyer Charles Garry who discuss the criteria for expulsion from the Black Panther Party. According to Garry grounds for expulsion include "getting involved in individual acts of terrorism armed robbery burglary any other form of thievery." Concludes with Seale discussing a recent expulsion labeling the man in question as "a liar an agent etc. ...
